Can the Task Assistant change my tasks?
It can only mark tasks as done, and only after you confirm the task in Rovo chat. Everyone sees only their own tasks, and Confluence page permissions decide whether a task can be marked as done. The Task Assistant does not create tasks, reassign them or change due dates.
Do my reminder settings limit what the Task Assistant shows?
No. Reminder settings only decide what is sent on schedule. The Task Assistant always shows all open tasks assigned to you, and your scheduled reminders stay exactly as they are.
