Hi there,
The past few weeks have brought meaningful product updates, strong customer impact, and valuable conversations with the Atlassian community at Atlas Camp in Amsterdam.
So let’s dive in. 👇
🌍 Atlas Camp 2026

We were at Atlas Camp 2026 and the trip to Amsterdam was most definitely worth it.
From product conversations to partner exchanges we discussed all things Forge and Rovo.
It’s always valuable to step away from daily work, meet customers and partners in person, and talk about where the ecosystem is heading next.
If you missed it, we shared a short recap on LinkedIn (+ some photos of how our day looked like)
🔍 PocketQuery: Editable parameters in PocketQuery

You can now control which query parameters are editable directly on Confluence pages.
With Editable Parameters, admins decide which inputs readers can change – while sensitive parameters and query logic stay protected.
What this enables:
- Adjust date ranges, teams, regions, or filters directly on the page
- Use one query for multiple scenarios
- Let teams explore data without creating additional pages
More flexibility for readers. Full control for admins.
Available now in PocketQuery for Confluence Cloud.

✨ Task Reminder: Customizable email templates

Good news for all Task Reminder users in Confluence Cloud.
You can now customize your email reminder templates to match your team’s communication style.
With the new Email Templates feature, admins can adjust:
- The email subject line
- The body content
- Dynamic placeholders such as names, due dates, and task details
This lets you align reminders with your company’s tone, emphasize critical deadlines, and add relevant context where needed. Templates can be previewed before activation, so you know exactly what your team will receive.
Configured once by an admin. Clear, consistent communication from your company - in every reminder.

🏢 Siemens × PocketQuery: Customer success in action

Back in January, we shared how Siemens uses PocketQuery to bring constantly changing project and process data straight into Confluence.
With PocketQuery, they:
- Keep critical data pages consistently up to date
- Avoid hard-to-maintain one-off scripts and custom integrations
- Make complex, dynamic information accessible across teams
Seeing our app support real, everyday work in such a complex environment reminds us why we build what we build.
If you’re working with external data in Confluence, this story is worth a read.
